180 year old stone house near the famous wine production center of Dingac, in a quiet village away from every tourist crowd. The house was renovated in 2017, creating an exceptionally beautiful and unique family vacation home, quite different from the stereotyped tourist facilities from the surroundings. Retaining its original appearance in stone and wood, it is made in an individual artistic style and tastes of nature and art lovers. Much of the material used is taken from the house itself, such as hand-cut stone of the highest quality, old decks and oak beams and old Italian roofing vaults. Two wooden doors in Dubrovnik style on the ground floor enter a 50 m² large tavern with an old restored wine press. The tavern retained its original appearance in stone and with a new kitchen equipped with Italian tiles and furniture from the old deep beams. In the adjacent smaller room of 30 m² there is another part of the kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Rustic stairs go upstairs to the first floor with a corridor and three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom and toilets. There is also a third entrance door which can be accessed directly from the corridor in the first floor into the garden behind the house and made in the same style as the front entrance doors. A wooden stairs enters the attic where there is another 60 sqm large living room with a kitchen, illuminated with two windows in a stone façade and a roofed velux-window. In front of the house there is a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a pergola, stone bench and table, various fruit trees, lawns and flowers, 160 m² surrounded by a beautiful old stone wall, from which a wooden gate leads to the road, another wooden gate on the side to the own parking. Behind the house is another garden with a romantic cave and a rustic hollow, fruit trees and flowers, as well as a terrace and a barbecue-house for rest and enjoying the shade of afternoon evenings. The village has all the necessary infrastructure - electricity, water supply and telephone installations and asphalt road.
